Fasting Activity Tracker Privacy Policy

Fasting Activity Tracker ("the app") is a general wellness tracker designed to work without an account. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Information stored on your device
Fasting windows, exercise counts and goals, run/walk mileage, weight entries, water entries, unit preferences, and reminder preferences are stored in the app’s protected storage on your device. The developer does not receive these records.
Apple Health
Apple Health access is optional. If you connect Apple Health, the app requests permission to read and write body weight, dietary water, and walking and running distance. The app uses these values only to show your information and save entries you choose to log. Health data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or data mining. You can review or revoke access at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.
Notifications and Live Activities
If you enable reminders, iOS stores and delivers local eating-window or hydration notifications. When you begin an eating window, the app may show a Live Activity countdown. The app does not use a remote notification server.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The app contains no advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. The developer does not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Records remain on your device until you delete them. Use Profile → Delete All App Data to delete records stored by the app on that device. Removing the app also removes its local records. Entries already saved to Apple Health remain under your control in the Health app.
Children’s privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It does not require a name, email address, or account.

Fasting Activity Tracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing a fasting, exercise, hydration, or weight-management routine.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the app’s data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
