It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Do I need an account?

No. Praying Now uses the iCloud account already on your iPhone, so there's no username or password. Without iCloud, the app still works, and your lists are saved on that iPhone only.

How do I share a list?

Open the list, tap •••, then Share List. Choose whether people can just pray or also add and edit requests, then send the invite by Messages, Mail, or AirDrop. Sharing requires iCloud.

How do I set a reminder?

Open a list, tap •••, then Reminders, then Add Reminder. For an urgent request, open the request and tap Reminder. You can add up to four reminder times per list.

I'm not getting reminders.

Open the iPhone Settings app, then Notifications, then Praying Now, and make sure notifications are allowed. Also check that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them.

My lists aren't syncing to my other devices.

Make sure each device is signed into the same Apple Account and that iCloud is turned on (Settings app, then your name, then iCloud). Changes can take a minute to appear, especially on a slow connection.

Can others see my private notes?

No. Private notes and reminder times are only ever visible to you, even on shared lists.

How do I leave a shared list?

Open the list, tap •••, then Leave List. You can also swipe left on the list in the Lists tab. The list stays for everyone else.

How do I delete my data?

Delete lists or requests in the app. To remove everything from iCloud, open the Settings app, then your name, then iCloud, then manage storage, and choose Praying Now.
