I bought the bonus levels but they're locked

Open PLAY › Select Level and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.

I have a code to redeem

Open PLAY › Select Level and tap Redeem Code, then enter it. You can also redeem in the App Store under your profile.

My times aren't on the leaderboard

Leaderboards need Game Center. Check Settings › Game Center on your device and make sure you're signed in, then finish a level again.

How do I remove the ads?

The one-time Bonus Levels purchase removes every banner ad and unlocks the four bonus levels (up to 1,000). It's on the Select Level screen.
